The compliance app for UK & Irish coded vessel skippers. Snap a certificate, see your gaps against the 2025 Code, stay survey-ready all year.
From single-skipper charter RIBs to commercial workboats and licensed passenger boats — CodedOK works for every coded vessel on the UK and Irish coast.
For twenty years, UK coded vessels were certified under MGN 280. From December 2025, the new MCA Sport & Pleasure Vessel Code Edition 1 takes over — and every charter operation faces five new requirements.
Auto-loads the new schedule per vessel. Runs a gap analysis. Drafts your 11-section SMS. Renewal reminders 90 / 60 / 30 days before expiry. Surveyor sign-off in the app.
Photograph any certificate — coding cert, PLI, liferaft service, radio licence. AI extracts the expiry, issuer, and serial number in a second. No retyping. No spreadsheets.
One survey report in. Every certificate, expiry, and deficiency out — categorised, dated, and attached to the right vessel. The five-hour onboarding spreadsheet is gone.
Push reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before anything expires. Surveyor cross-org access — they sign off inside the app. Signed inspection pack PDF lands in your inbox the day before survey day.
Most coded operations still track certificates in a notebook or a shared Excel sheet. Here is what changes the day you switch.

Perfect — that's what CodedOK is for. Photograph each one. AI reads issuer, expiry, serial number, and files it against the right vessel. Works on creased, faded, or partially-obscured paperwork.
Only when you invite them. Surveyor seat is free per vessel. They see your record from their own login, sign off the inspection in the app, and the signed pack lands in your inbox.

CodedOK is a compliance-tracking tool for UK and Irish coded vessel operators. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and ultimately for your vessel's compliance with the MCA Sport or Pleasure Vessel Code 2025 and Workboat Code Edition 3. CodedOK is a recordkeeping aid — it does not certify or replace inspections by a recognised surveyor.
You agree to keep your sign-in credentials confidential and to notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the full feature set. Paid plans are not yet available; this section will be updated before charging starts. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen — your data is removed within 30 days.
CodedOK is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime, freedom from bugs, or that the app catches every compliance issue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We'll notify you in the app before any material change to these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

CodedOK tracks compliance separately for each jurisdiction. UK and Ireland have different legal requirements — selecting both keeps you covered for cross-border operation.
